Bears shoot past Jets for 90-59 win
FLINT - The Mott Community College men's basketball team snapped a two-game losing skid with a MCCAA victory over Wayne County Community College on Saturday at the Ballenger Fieldhouse.
The Bears shot 61 percent from the field in the first half, building a 17-point lead at the break. Mott cruised to the finish taking the 90-59 win to move to 14-5 overall and 3-2 in the MCCAA.

Kevin Tiggs Jr. recorded a double-double with 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting including four 3-pointers, while adding 10 rebounds and two blocks.

Justin Mims finished with 20 points, five rebounds, and four assists.

Teon Armstrong battled foul trouble throughout the game, recording 16 points and a team-high five assists.

Kimari Barden and Aijalon Williams each added eight points, while Evan Hockey chipped in with seven.

The Bears shot 37-of-67 from the field, 10-of-19 from deep, and 6-of-9 from deep.
