PORT HURON, Mich. - The Mott Community College baseball team completed the weekend series sweep of St. Clair County Community College with a doubleheader sweep on Sunday in Port Huron, Mich.
Mott rolled in both games, recording 33 runs and 27 hits. The Bears shutout the Skippers 13-0 in five innings in game one. Mott scored five in the seventh to pull away for a 20-11 in the finale.
The sweep moved Mott to 14-13 overall and 9-4 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. The Bears have moved into second place in the MCCAA Eastern Conference standings.

Luke Trotter recorded three hits, two runs, two steals and two RBIs.

Ethan Wills added three hits, including a double, two doubles, two steals, and one run scored.

Ryan Metz finished with two hits, two runs, and three RBIs.

Carson Haddad (2-0) got the start and the win, tossing three scoreless innings, allowing one hit, while walking one and striking out three.

Dillon Kielian (2-1) started and got the win. He went four innings, allowing five runs, four earned, on six hits, while walking one and striking out three.
