FLINT - The Mott Community College men's basketball took control in the second half against North Central Michigan College on Saturday at the Ballenger Fieldhouse.
Up two at the break, the Bears outscored the Timberwolves by 14 in the second half to earn a 68-52 victory. The win moves Mott to 11-3 overall as Mott prepares to open play in the MCCAA this week.
Mott Highlights:

Justin Mims led four Bears in double figures with 16 points, adding four rebounds.

Teon Armstrong finished with 15 points all in the second half. He added four rebounds and three assists.

Miles Beard recorded 14 points and four rebounds, while Kevin Tiggs Jr. added 13 points and eight rebounds.

Andre Ridley had a team-high nine rebounds and three steals.

The Bears shot 26-of-61 from the field, 7-of-19 from deep, and 9-of-10 at the line.
