Bio
Tim grew up in the Flint area, and graduated from Hamady High School. He was a three sport-athlete as a Hawk, participating in basketball, baseball and football during high school.
He began his coaching career when his children were young, and, that is when he truly fell in love with coaching. Specifically, the way athletics has an ability unlike anything else to teach life lessons and develop young adults. Tim has coached in the area of travel athletics and in the traditional high school sports setting. Tim's coaching career includes:
3 years Assistant Softball Coach at Flushing High School
3 years Assistant Boy's Golf Coach at Flushing High School
2 years Assistant Girls Golf Coach at Flushing high School
Tim became the Head Coach of the Men's Golf team here at Mott in 2019.
Tim has two adult children: Emily, who attended Mott and played softball, and had the opportunity to compete in the national tournament. She is currently attending law school. And, Andrew, who also attended Mott and played golf at Mott for 2 years. He finished his golf career at the NJCAA National Championship. He is attending MSU in the Turf Management Program.
Tim currently resides in Flushing, Michigan.
