FLINT, Mich. - The Mott Community College softball team continued to roll through the MCCAA with two more wins, sweeping St. Clair County Community College at home on Sunday.
The Bears cruised to a 9-0 win in six innings in the opener and held on for a 6-5 win in the finale. The wins pushed Mott to 27-9 overall and 19-3 in the MCCAA.
Game One Highlights:

Hannah Bollinger continued her strong hitting with a pair of home runs, finishing with two runs scored and three RBIs.

Claire Ouellette went 2-for-2 with two walks, a run scored, and one RBI.

Cassie Sylvester added two hits, a run scored, and three RBIs.

Heaven Helkowski recorded two hits and a run scored.

Maggie Boehm recorded the complete game shutout with six innings, allowing four hits, walking three, and striking out six.

Boehm picked up her second win of the day on the mound, tossing 4.2 innings, allowing two runs, one earned, on six hits, while walking three and striking out three.
