NJCAA Championships close for Johnston

MELBOURNE, Fla. - Mott Community College freshman Kamyn Johnston completed play at the 2024 NJCAA Division I Women's Golf Championship at the Duran Country Club in Melbourne, Fla., last week 

The Flint native closed the event in 54th place in the 84-golfer field.  She finished with an 86 in the final rond for a four-round score of 331 (82,82, 81, 86).

Johnston became the first women's golfer for Mott to reach the NJCAA Championships in the program's first year of competition.
