Bears compete at Art Kraft Memorial Open

RIVER GROVE, Ill. - The Mott Community College wrestling team traveled to the Art Kraft Memorial Open hosted by by Triton College on Saturday in River Grove, Ill. 

Nate Young continued his strong season with a first-place finish at 157. He won the championship match by a 9-3 decision and was 5-0 on the day. Young has a perfect record this season. 

Jacob Boudreau went 3-2 at 141 and took the seventh-place match by a medical forfeit.

Caden Tortorice was 2-2 with and placed sixth at 174, falling in the fifth-place match.

The Bears travel to the MCCAA Duals hosted by Muskegon Community College on Saturday in Muskegon, Mich.
