PORT HURON, Mich. - The Mott Community College volleyball team rallied to win the 2024 NJCAA Division II Great lakes District A Volleyball Championship on Saturday at the SC4 Fieldhouse.
After dropping a five-set battle with the host Skippers on Friday, the Bears won three straight matches on the final day of the event including two straight over SC4 to claim the title. Mott moves on to the NJCAA DII National Championship with a record of 27-6 overall.

Game One vs. LMC:

Chloe Vanwinkle recorded 14 kills, 12 digs, and two block assists.

Ruby Earl added 14 kills, while Princess Savage recorded seven kills and five block assists.

Montgomery Rotter had a team-high 14 digs, while Chloe Wright added 12.

Skylar Cramer recorded 37 assists.
Game Two vs. SC4:

Earl led the offense with 16 kills, adding eight digs.

Rotter finished with 12 kills and 16 digs for a double-double.

Vanwinkle added 10 kills and nine digs.
