Bio

Tom Healey is a native of Dearborn, Michigan and attended Henry Ford Community College. He later earned a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and Masters from Central Michigan.

He spent the first 29 years of his career at Clio in service as an English teacher, wrestling coach, and Athletic Director before coming to Mott from 1998 - 2016 to serve as the Athletic Director.

Mott’s athletic teams enjoyed outstanding success highlighted by participation in the NJCAA National Championship Tournaments in Women’s Volleyball, Men’s Golf, Men and Women’s Basketball and Men and Women’s Cross Country over the span of his athletic director career.

Tom is now the Region Tournaments Director and the Bruin Classic Games Committee Chair.
