FLINT - Chloe Vanwinkle recorded 23 kills and led the Mott Community College volleyball team to a ninth consecutive victory, topping St. Clair County Community College on Wednesday at the Ballenger Field House.
After the Bears took the first two sets 25-22, the Skippers got back in the match with a 25-22 win in the third. The teams went back-and-forth in the fourth before Mott secured the win 27-25 to move to 13-4 overall and 6-0 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference.
Mott Highlights:

Vanwinkle recorded a season-high 23 kills, adding 10 digs for a double-double.

Ruby Earl added 11 kills and seven digs.

Montgomery Rotter led the defense with 15 digs, adding six kills.

Brooklynn Wilcox finished with 12 digs, while Tessa Szamiel recorded 11 digs.

Skyler Cramer finished with 46 assists, adding six digs, and three total blocks.
